US Terms of Service
These draft terms cover the US digital design and production-file service.
The service
Seclusa provides AI-assisted design tools, programmed geometry preparation, and downloadable technical files. Physical manufacturing, installation, engineering, code review, and permitting are not included.
Customer approval
A purchased file package is tied to the exact design revision you approved. Review the visual design, dimensions, and prepared geometry before purchase.
Manufacturer review
Your chosen manufacturer must complete CAM setup and confirm material, tooling, tolerances, structure, fastening, code, safety, and installation requirements before production.
Payments
US prices are stated in USD. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout. One-time purchases do not renew automatically.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or unauthorized content. You must have the right to use the project materials you provide.
Liability boundary
Seclusa is responsible for providing the purchased digital service as described. It does not control or warrant work performed by an independent manufacturer selected by the customer.
