SECLUSA · CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
Free trial
Version 2026-10-10 · 10 October 2026
These terms apply from 10 October 2026. The common terms, the selected package terms and the order confirmation together form the specific agreement. Later changes do not retrospectively alter the terms of an earlier order.
Package details
Package: Free trial. Price: €0.00, including VAT.
Three free idea attempts per account.
No payment details are required and no paid order is created.
Package-specific terms
The account receives three free idea attempts in total, not three attempts for each project or month. All three are available after account verification.
The free allowance does not renew. A technically failed attempt is restored. Production files and physical products are excluded; design previews retain a watermark.
Common terms
1. Parties and scope
Seclusa OÜ, registry code 17584258, VAT number EE103022231, Puiestee 13, 50303 Tartu, Estonia; customer support info@seclusa.eu, telephone +372 602 6558.
The customer is the individual or business identified in the order. The common terms, the selected package terms and the order confirmation form one agreement. Package terms specify the purchased allowance; mandatory consumer rights always remain applicable. The name Pro does not mean that an individual waives consumer rights.
These terms concern digital services and files, not the sale of a physical product. Physical manufacturing is agreed separately in a quotation.
2. Ordering, price and confirmation
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Before payment, the package name, total price, allowance, billing period and any automatic-renewal terms are shown. No additional service is ordered or charged by default.
A paid agreement is concluded when the customer explicitly places the order and confirms payment. The order confirmation identifies the customer, order, package, terms version, price and payment time and, for a monthly package, the beginning and end of the period. For downloadable files it also identifies the project and approved version.
The agreement text and order confirmation are supplied in a durable, unaltered form, normally by email. This is a transactional message, not marketing. The invoice can be downloaded from the customer account and the customer may separately request delivery by email. A Sandbox test takes no real money and does not create a paid live order.
3. What is one idea attempt?
One idea attempt is a customer-initiated creation of a new design for one product. Technically necessary related views created for the same attempt are not separate attempts. In a product series, creating a new design for each product uses one attempt. Requesting a new creative variant or an AI redesign is a new attempt.
The service requires a personal user account, a working email address, an internet connection and a current web browser with JavaScript support. A package is for one account and is not a shared multi-user licence. Available payment methods are shown on the payment page. Seclusa does not charge a separate internet or communications fee.
An attempt is reserved when computation begins and is used when a result has been created and made available to the customer. An attempt that produces no result because of a technical system error is restored. Preferring a different creative result is not by itself a technical error; the customer retains legal remedies for a non-conforming service.
Programmatic production preparation, geometry checks, standard smoothing and one permitted additional smoothing of an existing design do not use a new idea attempt. An idea image is not a production file or a guarantee that every motif will pass technical review unchanged.
Idea-attempt packages provide design creation and previews, not the right to download production files. Saved previews and designs retain a watermark.
4. What does a production-file package include?
The package contains DXF and SVG geometry and a TXT specification for one customer-approved product design: dimensions, customer-provided material and machining data, tool requirements for the selected geometry and the scope of checks. Before buying files or using a Pro file allowance, the customer sees and approves the actual technically prepared result.
The price includes supported automated preparation, corner rounding, contour smoothing, software geometry checks and one optional additional smoothing variant from the same source design and technical inputs. The customer compares and selects the variant. Additional smoothing may not produce a different or better result.
One unit means one product design with specified dimensions and technical inputs, not one file extension or physical copy. Multiple physical copies of the same approved design do not use additional units. A coordinated two-leaf driveway gate is one product; series products with different designs are separate units.
A new source design or a material change to dimensions, outer shape, material or machining requires a new review. Any new file charge or allowance use is shown before ordering. Correcting a Seclusa error and the included additional smoothing are not a new paid design.
Repeated downloads do not use another unit. Ending a monthly package does not terminate the right to use or re-download files already acquired in compliance with these terms. Customers should also save files on their own device. If an account or the service is closed, delivery of purchased files is arranged; maintaining access does not require a deleted account to remain open.
5. Scope of technical review and customer approval
AI creates a visual idea. A programmed engine applies dimensions, the actual outer shape, clean edges and customer-defined protected areas and prepares geometry for supported machining. The design may change during preparation; the customer is shown the actual before-and-after result. The original is retained.
Standard round-tool preparation uses an 8 mm primary tool (R4) or, when necessary, a 4 mm detail tool (R2). It is not variable-width or variable-depth engraving with a tapered tool. The customer does not select the tool. If a required check fails, files are not released and no Pro file allowance is used.
DXF and SVG files contain geometry, not a machine-specific CNC program. The package excludes machine-specific CAM programming, fixture design, structural engineering, physical test cutting, certification and manufacturing. Before production, the manufacturer verifies the machine, material, tools, depth and workholding.
The manufacturer’s software must support the supplied DXF or SVG geometry; the TXT instructions can be read with a text editor. Dimensions are in millimetres. Account and paid-file access controls protect downloads; purchased geometry is not restricted to a Seclusa manufacturer. Compatibility with every CAD/CAM program is not guaranteed.
The customer verifies source information and identifies all necessary protected areas. Dimensions detected from a drawing require customer approval; automatic dimension reading does not import every opening or restriction. Customer approval does not release Seclusa from responsibility for its own errors or a non-conforming service.
Manual specialist work is not included in a standard package. It is not ordered automatically; scope, price and schedule are agreed before separate work begins. No general 24-hour specialist-service or fixed-minutes completion promise is made.
6. Monthly package duration, allowance and cancellation
This section applies only to the Pro monthly package. The monthly fee is paid in advance. The agreement renews automatically for one billing month until cancelled. Exact period boundaries and the next payment date appear in the order confirmation; a billing month may differ from a calendar month.
The full package allowance is granted after successful payment for each new period. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over. One-time idea attempts are kept separately and do not expire when a monthly package ends. Current monthly allowance is used before one-time purchases.
The customer can stop automatic renewal in the customer account before the next payment is initiated. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; remaining allowance can be used until then. There is no cancellation fee or mandatory multi-month minimum term.
Ordinary cancellation is different from statutory withdrawal or a remedy for a defective service. A normal cancellation does not create a proportional refund solely for unused allowance; statutory refund rights are unaffected.
A failed payment grants no allowance for the next period and does not remove previously purchased files. Exceeding an allowance causes no automatic charge: the customer may make a separate purchase. One account may have one Pro subscription at a time.
7. Licence and customer materials
Rights in images, drawings, logos and descriptions uploaded by the customer remain with their rights holder. The customer grants Seclusa the permission necessary to provide the service and confirms the right to use those materials. Seclusa does not acquire ownership of customer materials.
After payment, the customer receives a non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual right to use purchased design results and production files for personal or commercial manufacture and to provide them to a chosen manufacturer for that purpose. The customer may not resell, sublicense or publish the files as standalone design files or templates. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
AI-generated results may not be unique. The agreement does not promise exclusivity in a motif or guarantee eligibility for copyright, design or trade-mark registration.
8. Withdrawal, defects and refunds
A consumer generally has a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. A separate explicit request is collected to begin a monthly service immediately; beginning the service alone does not remove the entire right of withdrawal. Only a legally permitted proportional amount may be charged for service supplied before withdrawal.
For immediate delivery of digital files, the right of withdrawal may end only when the legal conditions are met: prior explicit consent, acknowledgement of losing the right and the required confirmation. Accepting general terms alone is not that consent. The personalised nature of a file does not by itself exclude withdrawal from the entire digital service.
A withdrawal statement can be submitted through the relevant online function or by email to info@seclusa.eu. It must identify the customer and agreement; no reason is required. Receipt is confirmed in a durable form. Where required by law, a refund is generally made within 14 days, through the same payment method and without a refund fee.
Report a defect or incorrectly used allowance to info@seclusa.eu with the order or project identifier and a description. Seclusa corrects its own error without an additional charge. Consumer rights to conformity, price reduction, termination and other statutory remedies remain available. Failed technical preparation does not automatically become paid specialist work.
During a service interruption, existing purchases and files are retained. For paid allowance made unusable by Seclusa, fair access is restored or a justified refund request is resolved. The full package price is not automatically retained merely because some functionality has been used.
9. Data, changes and disputes
Data necessary for the service is used to perform the agreement, provide support and meet legal obligations. Uploads should avoid unnecessary personal data. Processing, service providers and retention are described in the separate privacy notice; marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.
Terms of a purchased version are not overwritten by a later price list. At least 30 days’ notice is given of a planned price or monthly-allowance change, and the customer may cancel before it applies. Additional statutory rights concerning changes to the service are unaffected.
Seclusa does not exclude liability where prohibited by law or transfer responsibility for its software errors to the customer or manufacturer. A written consumer complaint is answered within 15 days; this is not a promise to complete every technical task within that time.
Estonian law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protection in the customer’s country of residence. The parties first seek to resolve a dispute with Seclusa. A consumer may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (https://ttja.ee/en/consumer-disputes-committee) or a competent court. Business-customer disputes are resolved by agreement or in a competent court.
